I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Martin and learning about his inspiring story. With vast experience in business, Martin utilized his skills and experience post-retirement to lose 50 pounds on his own weight loss system and keep the weight off for good!

Martin’s mission is to revolutionize the way we approach weight loss and break free from the vicious cycle of “Diet Hell.” What sets Martin apart is his dedication to creating customizable and permanent weight loss plans tailored to individual needs. I AM THE UNSTOPPABLE COMPASSIONATE CEO OF MY MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT.

I EAT TO LIVE NOW. I NO LONGER LIVE TO EAT.

FOOD IS SIMPLY FUEL FOR MY BODY.

THE Nutrition Score rules period end of story, so I manage my Nutrition Score.

MY MINDSET IS NOW HOW LITTLE CAN I EAT, NOT HOW MUCH.

MY MINDSET IS HOW SLOW CAN I EAT, NOW HOW FAST.

MY MINDSET IS NOW HOW SOON CAN I STOP.

I EAT TO SATISFY HUNGER ONLY. 

I NO LONGER EAT FOR COMFORT.  I NO LONGER EAT FOR ENTITLEMENT.  I NO LONGER EAT FOR REWARD.  I NO LONGER EAT FOR CELEBRATION.  I NO LONGER EAT OUT OF BOREDOM. I NO LONGER EAT BECAUSE I AM EXCITED.  I NO LONGER EAT JUST BECAUSE I HAVE A CRAVING OR WANT SOMETHING.  AND I NO LONGER EAT JUST TO CLEAN THE FOOD OFF OF MY PLATE.

I AVOID THE UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING OF FULLNESS FOREVER

I SELECT more WHOLE, HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS, FOOD.

I SIT AND EAT SLOWLY, SAVORING EVERY BITE.

I STOP AT SATIETY 66. 

IN FACT, THE HUNGRIER I AM, THE SLOWER I EAT, AND THE SLOWER I EAT THE MORE I ENJOY FOOD.

EVERY DAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LOSE .2 POUNDS.

I SUCCEED IN THE MOMENT, 1 MOMENT AT A TIME, AND 1 DAY AT A TIME.

I HAVE AN ABUNDANT, UNLIMITED, SUPPLY OF WILLPOWER THAT NEVER ENDS.

I EXERCISE FOR HEALTH, FITNESS, AND ENJOYMENT, AND NO LONGER FOR WEIGHT LOSS, 

AND I CREATE MY OWN NEW healthy ITSY BITSY TINY MICROHABITS FOR ME TO USE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE,

BECAUSE I AM THE UNSTOPPABLE COMPASSIONATE CEO OF MY MIND AND MY BODY AND I 100% BELIEVE THAT I WILL WEIGH _____. And I 100% commit that I will weigh_____. And I 100% will stay determined to weigh____, AND STAY WITHIN 3 POUNDS OF THAT WEIGHT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
