In this episode, I interview Betty, one of our Zivli members. We discuss how she was able to reverse her prediabetes naturally with a low insulin lifestyle. We also talk about mindset blocks around eating low-fat, how she’s cut-back on her sugar, and how she's increase her exercise frequency and dedication since receiving an osteoporosis diagnosis.

"I began the Zivli program in August of 2020. It was important to me to find a weight loss program designed around eating my own foods rather than prepackaged meals.
The program saved me since I found that my blood glucose was moving toward the diabetic range days after starting the program. Had I not started this program I would have been panicking to figure out how to improve this situation.
The program gave me a new way to look at healthy eating. I was amazed to get past the weight loss plateau that I was unable to crack for many years. Since starting the program,
I have lost 20 pounds and dropped 2 to 3 sizes. My weight, BMI and waist circumference are now all in healthy ranges. My lipid profile improved so that I am now off of my statin medication and my A1c is normal.
All of this without feeling hungry. Sugar cravings, even at times of stress, are gone. The program is designed to make you want to commit to making changes and form healthy habits but also allows for exceptions and imperfection while still moving forward towards accomplishing goals. It is not a one size fits all program but instead is malleable to custom fit individual needs.
