We’re going to talk about mindset blocks around eating low-fat, how she’s cut-back on her sugar, and how she’s reversed her prediabetes naturally without medication. 

Note: Exercise had always been a part of Betty's life in one form or another (hiking, cycling,  jogging, organized classes, or going to the gym) even before her osteoporosis diagnosis. Following this diagnosis, she made a more focused and dedicated plan to exercise a 5-7 day per week plan rather than a couple of days per week.
