This episode is about how to stop being a people pleaser and how to set boundaries. If you want to stop being a people pleaser and take control of your life and your schedule, you’ve got to get on the “No Train.”

Everything you say “yes” to, means you’re saying “no” to something else. Part of making time to lose weight is building boundaries. Building boundaries in relationships, with friends, at work, and with yourself. Learn to identify your priorities and schedule accordingly.
