Her name is Beth and she had tried 10+ diets before joining Zivli. At almost 70 years old (although you’d NEVER believe it when you see her), she was finally able to lose the stubborn weight and keep it off with our low-insulin lifestyle approach.

Beth's primary goal was to enter her next decade as physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy as she could be.

Through our Zivli program, she was able to lose 20 pounds AND keep it off for a year now. She's strong, healthy, and active. 💪

She's gone from a size 14 to a size 4, and is no longer shy to be in pictures. 💃 Just a few months after her hip replacement surgery, she was able to run up steps on vacation!
