You’ve probably heard that quote good is the enemy of great. 

We think impatience is the enemy of great. 

You can’t buy patience. 

You can’t shortcut its development. 

You only get patience through experience. 

It takes time, but developing patience is a critical skill if you want to lose weight and keep it off. 

The other skill is practice. The definition of practice is the actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as opposed to theories relating to it.

Translation - doing the work. 

Practice + patience = proficiency. 

If you’re missing one of these 2 key ingredients, you will not be successful in reaching your health goals.
