Love matcha lattes but hate the carbs? Follow this low carb matcha recipe for a delicious and healthy low-sugar matcha latte.
Ingredients & Directions
- 1 1/2 cups of milk. I use 1 cup regular milk and 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk but you can use 1 1/2 cups of any unsweetened milk.
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- 1 squirt liquid stevia
- Heat milk in microwave. Place all ingredients in a stand blender and blend until smooth. You'll want to use a stand blender for this recipe, not mix by hand otherwise the matcha powder will be clumpy.
