I've been practicing intermittent fasting for about 5 years and we teach it to all of our clients and Zivli members. Intermittent fasting is one of the most powerful strategies we have to help you lose weight and lower insulin resistance.

It helped me lose all of my baby weight, plus some after both pregnancies. It’s helped me sleep better at night and easily maintain my weight after the holidays or a party or a vacation.

However…there are some major pitfalls that women tend to fall into when it comes to intermittent fasting. And if you fall into one of these pitfalls, it will stop, and sometimes reverse, your weight loss progress.
