You can watch the course lessons as many times as you’d like. Many members re-watch lessons several times to really let the information soak-in.

The 7-Module Course + 5 Masterclasses is 13 hours of total course content. This averages out to about 1 hour per week over 10 weeks, excluding the masterclasses.

There is no private podcast, however our members are invited to regular group coaching calls and these replays are posted in a private online portal. Once a month I host a mindset coaching call, and once a month our coaches (Dr. Beth Smith and Dr. Lydia Spirawk) host a goal reflection and setting call.
