We open enrollment to our Zivli Program 2 times per year. Every member starts with our 12-week guided online course. This provides a clear, research-driven roadmap to reduce insulin resistance, lower blood sugar, and achieve lasting weight loss—guiding you step-by-step through proven nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, and stress-management strategies.

Emotional Brain training

Community and coaching

Your membership begins with 12 weeks of live group coaching calls plus two private sessions—one focused on strategy, one on mindset—to create a clear, personalized plan. After that, you keep ongoing access to group coaching and can join optional small-group Emotional Brain Training sessions for deeper support. You’ll never have to figure it out alone.
